The WPL GS biofiller is our technological biofiller obtained from the wine seeds meal by-products. These residues are generated by Tampieri spa in Faenza, thus representing a true example of zero kilometers. The WPL biofiller can be supplied in different grades:
• WPL GS B grades
• WPL GS + and sand grades
• WPL GS Master grades
WPL GS B grades
The WPL GS grades are biofillers composed of both tiny particles and fibers. These grades are ideal for injection molding applications where fiber orientation can enhance the material's mechanical stiffness.
WPL GS plus grades
The WPL GS + grades are biofillers composed of only tiny particles, ensuring better dispersion and dosability.
GTF Master grades
The WPL GS biofiller can be concentrated (up to 60-70%) into masterbatches using polyolefinic or biodegradable resins as carriers
