We valorize agro-industrial waste in an innovative way by creating technological biofillers that can be used in many different material applications
The ESF biofiller are our technological biofillers obtained from pre-consumer food wastes. These residues are supplied by different local food companies. The ESF biofiller can be supplied in different grades:
• ESF B grades
• ESF Advanced grades
• ESF Master grades
ESF B grades
The ESF B grades are our most versatile grades which can be successfully used in many applications thank to their low and controlled particle size distribution and to their controlled moisture values
ESF Advanced grades
The ESF advanced grades are our customized biofillers optimized for specific applications. We can improve the hydrophobicity, the dosability and flowability, the colour and the mechanical response of the biofillers.
ESF Master grades
ESF biofillers can be concentrated (up to 50-60%) into masterbatches using polyolefinic or biodegradable resins as carriers to facilitate their use for plastic applications
