The WGS biofiller are our technological biofillers obtained from wine seed meal by-products. These residues are generated by Tampieri spa in Faenza, thus representing a true example of zero kilometers. The WGS biofiller can be supplied in different grade

WGS B grades

The WGS grades are biofillers composed of both tiny particles and fibers. These grades are ideal for injection, molding applications where fiber orientation can enhance the material's mechanical stiffness.

WGS Advantaged grades

The WGS Advanced grades are our customize biofillers for specific needs. We can improve many properties such as hydrophobicity dosability and flowability, and mechanical response.

WGS Sand&Fiber grades

The WGS Sand&Fiber grades are our biofillers composed of coarser particles and fibers, to be used when a visible presence of the biofiller in the finished product is desidered or for applications in which dustiness needs to be avoided.

WGS Master grades

WGS biofillers can be concentrated (up to 50-60%) into masterbatches using polyolefinic or biodegradable resins as carriers to facilitate their use for plastic applications.
